Gender and Diversity at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Information Technology
Supporting Gender and Diversity actively is an integral part of RWTH's university structure. a strategic cross-sectoral issue and hence, a declared managerial responsibility.
Due to our "People Policy", RWTH Aachen commited itself to the promotion of Gender and Diversity. The development of concepts for the realization of an equal chances organization culture as well as the human resource policy proceed the context of the Excellence Initiative. It is the university's central aim to create an attractive place for studying and working for talented national and international students and employees. Consequently, RWTH conveys great appreciation for the diversity of it's members and allow individual unfolding of potentials - regardless of one's gender or socio-cultural background.
The Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Information Technology of RWTH Aachen University feels obliged to demand and support equitable and joint working of all people in the fields of research, teaching, service and studies.
